Synopsis
In Japan a kid has got telekinetic powers as the result of The Big Bang, and now because of this sudden change in his life, he has gone berserk going on a rampage. The kid calls himself Chikara and wears a red cape. Japan's military has been trying to defeat this kid, but they have had no progress.
